Lone Star wanted to remodel their existing structure with new updated interior finishes due to a fire. The existing building was 2 stories and equipped with a chair lift for ADA accessibility. After Lone Star, the architect, and Zernco reviewed costs and possible designs to repair the existing building, the decision was made to raze the existing building and build a new prototype. The demolition was completed quickly after this decision was made to avoid the possibility of people going thru the building and getting hurt. The new prototype with a wood framed structure included a waiting area, customer seating, a bar, and kitchen. Many citizens were excited about the project being completed and the new restaurant being opened, so there was a lot of buzz around the city.
