We strongly believe in transparency and give and receive open, honest feedback on questions and concerns which creates more employee engagement and empowerment. Based on feedback we have received from our field representatives, we have developed a broader communication base about project budgets, schedules and manpower that make us more effective communicators and team builders. We handle projects with our clients the same way. It’s about collaboration and partnerships which create a win-win situation for all involved.

The company has a strategic plan to continue its controlled, steady growth pattern. We are continually improving processes, procedures, and policies to ensure we remain a desirable place to work and a go-to contractor for our clients. We achieve “buy-in” from our employees by including them in goal setting. One avenue is through our strategic planning oversight team (SPOT). Representatives from throughout the company come together to discuss goal setting and strategy development. By actively involving employees, there is a natural alignment of company and employee goals.

Our team works hard and plays hard. When we aren’t building, we are giving back to our community, developing our strengths, or team building.
