Zernco invests in its employees by offering tangible incentives. Zernco has purchased Carhartt jackets and offered work boot vouchers to our field employees. For all our employees, we provide Zernco shirts and caps. Each year Zernco plans a company-wide campout to include employees and their families. Annually, our workforce votes on ten categories of superior peer performance with recognition awards being presented at the Christmas party. Throughout the year, the employees vote on an employee of the quarter who receives a certificate and monetary recognition for their dedication to our core values of integrity, quality, and safety.

Daily reports are filed through this site, administrative forms are available, safety information is distributed, and email blasts are routinely published.
